Space Corolla is a Puerto Rico based math rock trio with a clear influence in punk. The band consists of lead vocalist / guitarist Johan Rivera, drummer Pablo Prieto and bassist Hector Flores. While bands like The Fall of Troy, Tera Melos, The Dillinger Escape Plan and The Protest Hero is what got them into playing “technical” music, their music is seen to be heavily influenced by punk rock / pop punk / 2000’s emo bands such as Green Day, Lagwagon, NOFX, A Wilhelm Scream, Descendents etc.
